Consignors receive 60% of their total sales, minus a non-refundable and non-transferable fee paid upon registration. Consignors can earn a higher percentage by the following:

If a consignor completes one 4-hour crew shift, the consignor fee is refunded on their earnings check. If a consignor completes multiple 4-hour crew shifts, their percentage of earnings is raised according to the following scale:

• 2 shifts = fee refunded + 65% of sales.

• 3 shifts = fee refunded + 70% of sales.

• 4 shifts = fee refunded + 75% of sales.

• 5 shifts = fee refunded + a maximum 80% of sales.

First Wave drop-offs Wednesday 1:30-8 pm.

Second Wave Restock drop offs Friday from 8-8:30 am.

Select an appointment in your consignor account. Second Wave/Restockers generally have the same amount of success as First Wave consignors and all shopping and crew member benefits are the same. Express drop-offs are available for a fee on Wednesday.

Our Second Wave (or Restock) consignors bring their items on Friday morning, 8-8:30 a.m. to North Drive—giving Friday's shoppers fresh, new merchandise to shop!

Second Wave consignors enjoy the same selling limits and perks as regular consignors, including:

• NEW: 130 kids clothing pieces are now permitted, which is the same as a regular consignor. All other accepted items are the same as regular consignors.

• Strong sell-through rates: Restocked items often sell just as quickly as those dropped off at the start.

• Early shopping access: Enjoy all the early shopping privileges of a regular consignor.

During Sale Week, all consignors receive access to the VIP Pre-Sale on Thursday and Friday and the Early Access Half Price Sale on Saturday afternoon. If a consignor completes crew shifts, they earn even earlier Thursday shopping privileges (tiered by how many shifts are worked).

Earnings are sent via Deluxe Payment Exchange as an e-Check to the email address in your consignor account. This is simply a digital version of a paper check. The only difference is that you retrieve it via email.

The following steps will take place:

1. You will receive an email notification when your consignor payment is issued.

2. Click on the link and download the eCheck PDF.

3. Print the check.

4. Endorse and deposit the check as you would any paper check.

Optional unsold item pick up is Sunday, Sept 15 from 6-6:30 pm only. All items remaining at 6:30 will be donated to our wonderful charity partner Good Samaritan Network of Hamilton County.

Consignor fees are non-refundable. If for any reason the date is rescheduled or canceled by Whale of a Sale, fees will transfer to a rescheduled date.
