Sign up for a crew shift through your consignor account (go to “Menu”, then select “Become a Crew Member”) and receive the benefits highlighted below!
Consignors receive 60% of their total sales, minus a non-refundable and non-transferable consignor fee paid upon registration. Consignors can earn a higher percentage by the following:
If a consignor completes one 4-hour crew shift, the consignor fee is refunded on their earnings check. If a consignor completes multiple 4-hour crew shifts, their percentage of earnings is raised according to the following scale:
2 shift points = fee refunded + 65% of sales.
3 shift points= fee refunded + 70% of sales.
4 shift points = fee refunded + 75% of sales.
5 shift points = fee refunded + a maximum 80% of sales NEW OPTION!
Crew members also earn early shopping at Thursday's VIP Pre-Sale tiered by number of shifts worked, as well as at Saturday's Early Access Half Price. View the consignor shopping SCHEDULE.

DROP OFFS: Organize and preview the merchandise with a drop off shift. Help consignors place their items in the correct spot, screen for quality, and get your section ready to be shopped.
SHOPPING: See the sale magic in action with one of many shopping shift roles. You'll be assigned to a section where you'll organize merchandise and help shoppers.
MOVE IN AND TEAR DOWN: Use your muscles on the move in and tear down crew. Carry items to and from truck. Build and place fixtures, tables, etc.
SORTING: Get your steps in on the sorting crew! You'll sort and move unsold items into the donation area or to consignor pick up piles, then double check consignor piles upon completion.
