Consignors receive 60% of their total sales, minus a non-refundable and non-transferable consignor fee paid upon registration. Consignors can earn a higher percentage by the following:If a consignor completes one 4-hour crew shift, their $30 consignor fee is refunded on their earnings check. If a consignor completes multiple 4-hour crew shifts, their percentage of earnings is raised according to the following scale:2 shift points = $30 + 65% of sales.3 shift points= $30 + 70% of sales.4 shift points = $30 + 75% of sales.5 shift points = $30 + a maximum 80% of sales Crew members also earn early shopping at Thursday's VIP Pre-Sale tiered by number of shifts worked, as well as at Saturday's Early Access Half Price.
