Before paying online, please read the vendor agreement.  By clicking on the “Buy Now” button, you agree to all terms in the Vendor Agreement. Please enter your company name, contact name and phone number in the message area of Paypal when checking out. Only one person per direct sales company will be accepted, and only one company per booth is permitted. NEW: We have reached the limit for hair bow and jewelry vendors for Spring 2012 Sale.
